The brief
A team was running a manual, spreadsheet-driven service and wanted to turn it into a proper product they could sell to more than one customer.
What we did
We built a multi-tenant platform with authentication, role-based access, billing, and dashboards — working software early, in short iterations, so decisions were made against something real.
Since launch we've stayed on to maintain it and build the features that come with more customers.
Outcome
Aurora went from idea to a live product onboarding paying customers, on an architecture that's held up as usage grew.
